Shipping 

Our shipping timeline is 2-4 days from the date of purchase. 

Shipping is a flat rate of $3.99 for purchases under $50. All purchases over $50 ship FREE in the USA. 

Shipping to USA only. 

We reserve the right to bundle purchases to ship together without refunding the shipping charge. 

Return & Exchange Policy

We truly hope you enjoy your purchase, but if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange any unused/unworn products. This means tags must still be attached and packaging must be original. 

Please contact us within 24 hours or receiving your item(s). Please include your invoice number and your name in the email and which products you will be returning or exchanging.

Customer is responsible for shipping the product back to us.  All purchases being returned must be received within 14 days of the purchase delivery date. All items received after that will receive store credit only. 

Any Returned or Exchanged item(s) that arrive in used/worn condition and or washed condition will not receive store credit and the used/worn/washed product(s) will be shipped back to you.

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used on the original purchases. 

Exchanges must be stated in the email request. If the exchange item costs more than the item being returned, you will be sent a PayPal invoice which needs to be paid within 24 hours. 

If you make a purchase then see that it went on sale, there is a 3 day window for receiving a price adjustment. 

We cannot guarantee that the same item(s) you are exchanging will be in stock (because we order limited quantities) in a different size/color. If this happens, you will receive in store credit or we can suggest another item(s) at equal or less value. 

We can not refund or exchange any clearance/sales items. 

Damaged/Defective/Incorrect Orders:

Our team checks for any damages or defective areas before shipping them out to you and also checks to ensure all items are packed in the order, but we are human and know that we sometimes make mistakes.


Damages must be reported to us prior to use/wear of item. Tags must still be attached.
All reports must be made within 24 hours of receiving your order or it will not be accepted.
Please contact us immediately at howdy@dunlaytradingpost.com and provide us with a picture of the damaged/defective area or the item(s) you believe are missing from your order. Please include your first and last name and order number.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

Ownership of packages is turned over to USPS then transfers to the buyer once shipped. We are not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages. We are not responsible for misdelivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info. Shipping is a service you purchase from USPS along with your order from us, so any shipping issues must be handled by USPS.
